A salary management suite custom built for Mumbai customs. This solution caters to the working of the HR and accounts department of Mumbai customs. Some of the most crucial features are:

Service Register
Being the core of the application this module manages the entire information of the employee, starting for the point he joined the department to the point of him/her leaving the department. This information forms the most critical part of the application.

Loans processing
The system manages the various types of loans the employee can take. The system keeps track of the installment paid, number of installments and the Interest amount for the loan. The system also provides the facility for employees to have staggered loan payment schedules.

Allotment of Quarters
Certain employees are liable to have quarters been allocated to them during their tenure. As they undergo promotions in the career the department allocates various quarters based on the designation. The system keeps tracks of the quarters allocated to its employees, provides a list of the vacant quarter and prints reports of the new allotments of quarters for its employees.

Transfers
The transfers of employees are of two types

• Departmental transfer within the same location and same jurisdiction
• Transfer to a different department in another location.

In both these cases the system manages the employees transfer information and also provides reports such as the service records so that the other departments can easily manage the employee information.

Reports
The system provides various reporting tools for the account department to help them manage the salary activities effectively.

Security
Since employee information is very confidential and has to be handled with care the system provides various levels of roles and permissions which are associated to each user. Based on these roles and responsibilities the user can carry out only certain functionalities for which they have access to.

Setup information
The application allows the user to setup the percentages for various statutory allowances & deductions. The system also allows the user to include new allowances or deductions dynamically.
