Time and Material Based Service
This process is generally used when it would be difficult for you to outsource a logical piece of work. Under such circumstance we will setup a dedicated team of software engineers under the guidance of a project manager who will manage the entire operation here. The work allocated will be estimated and mutually agreed upon. In order to track the time spent a timesheet will be sent to you on a weekly basis. In the event of the time exceeding the mutually agreed time frame Maa will not charge you for the additional time. In order to make the billing simple Maa will raise an invoice at the end of the month for each resources who is associated with such activities.
Fixed Cost Service
This process Maa will evaluate the work and provide you with a detail proposal on the cost and time frame, deliverables etc. Once the proposal is approved Maa will start the development process and will delivery the necessary deliverables for each milestone. Maa will then raise an invoice towards the work done for that milestone. This process is generally used in new development, re-engineering & conversion type of projects. |
